Below is ENVF Flight Information and Helpful Reminders from our 2025 MTJA Spring Conference hosts.  

IMPORTANT FLIGHT REMINDERS – FRONTIER AIRLINES
As your travel date approaches, please review these key reminders to ensure a smooth airport experience.

Check-In & Boarding
Check-in opens 24 hours before departure and can be completed via the Frontier mobile app or at flyfrontier.com. We recommend using the mobile app to avoid potential fees associated with online or airport counter check-in. Note that if you check in less than one hour before departure, you will be denied boarding.

If you prefer assistance at the airport (like checking in, printing boarding passes, or tagging bags), please be aware that airport agent help may come with extra charges. When possible, use self-service kiosks to avoid these fees. More info is available on Frontier’s Airport Info page.

Be sure to arrive at the airport 2–3 hours before your flight, as check-in counters close 60 minutes prior to departure and gates close 20 minutes before the flight leaves. It’s also a good idea to verify your flight time on the day of departure in case of schedule changes.

Baggage & Fees
Each traveler is allowed one complimentary personal item (such as a backpack, purse, or small tote). Additional bags—both carry-on and checked—will incur fees starting at $29. You can review current baggage pricing using the Bag Price Checker.

PREPARING FOR YOUR TRIP:

Travel Documents
As you prepare for your upcoming trip to Mexico, please double-check that your passport is valid for the duration of your stay. We recommend that your passport have two blank pages for visa stamps and be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates to avoid any issues at immigration. For the most up-to-date travel requirements and passport information, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

Packing Considerations
From professional development sessions and receptions to off-the-beaten path adventures and poolside relaxation, this itinerary calls for a variety of clothing options. To help prepare the right assortment of clothing, check out this handy guide to resort dress codes from ALG Vacations’ TravelBlogue. All events and restaurants on the itinerary are resort casual.

You will also want to pack any specific clothing needed for your chosen Amstar excursion (bathing suit, walking shoes, etc.). Please reference the attached list of confirmed activity registrations to know which excursion to plan for.

Mexican customs regulations also only allow one portable computer per passenger, per arrival, including laptops and tablets. Travelers who bring more than one device may face a duty of up to 19% of the deemed value of up to $4,000 of the device.

Conference Agenda
Get excited about all this trip has to offer! A detailed schedule is attached that includes more about the professional development opportunities and activities you will experience during the conference.

Make sure to download the “Hyatt Inclusive Collection” app, where you’ll be able to select Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen and learn more about all the resort has to offer during your stay. Browse the daily activity schedule, restaurant menus, and entertainment lineups. Additional services such as the spa or off-site excursions and their pricing information can also be found there. Finally, helpful information like the resort map, turndown services and room service can be accessed there as well.

There are three restaurant options available during the dine-around and each guest will be asked to share their preferences during check-in. Please take a moment to browse the menus at Seasoul, Ember and Suki within the app prior to your arrival.

Conference Airfare Option

• ALG Vacations is offering a special rate of $249 for qualifying roundtrip flights during the core conference dates of May 10-14, 2025, on ALG Vacation’s Exclusive Vacation Flights from Chicago (ORD), St. Louis (STL) or Cleveland (CLE).
• For those extending their stay before or after the conference, a special rate of $299 on qualifying roundtrip Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights is available for travel over the following dates:
