2025 MTJA Fall Conference

Conference Registration

• Registration is open and August 1 is the deadline for making a $50 per person cruise deposit. September 1 is the deadline for final payment for your cruise cabin. These payments are made to Margaritaville at Sea. You also will pay a separate conference registration fee to MTJA.

    (Solo travelers do not pay double)
• Associate and Alternate MTJA Members

• Guests of MTJA Members
  • $50 – MTJA 2025 Conference Registration Fee

    Each guest must share a cabin with a member. Up to two children (under age 18) may share a cabin with a member.

Conference Registration, Policies

There are two separate payments required to join the conference. Members and guests will pay the MTJA fee in addition to their cruise fare.

• For the cruise fare, members will register by clicking on this form.  Then a payment link will be sent to you by the cruise line. Members must make a $50 per person, refundable deposit prior to August 1, 2025. Final payment is due by September 1, 2025. The cruise fare is $501.16 (including taxes, gratuities) for each member and guest, including children. After that, the following cruise and MTJA refund policies will apply.
  • Up to 90 days from sailing (September 1), 100 percent refund; 60-90 days, 50 percent refund. Inside 60 days, no refunds.
• For the MTJA portion of registration, members will follow this registration link. Members and guests who cancel their paid registration no later than 30 days before the start of the core conference shall receive a full refund of their MTJA conference registration fee.
  • Those who cancel their registrations from 15 to 29 days before the core conference shall receive a 50 percent refund of their MTJA conference registration fee.
  • Those who cancel from 8 to 14 days before the core conference shall receive a 25 percent refund of their MTJA conference registration fee.
  • Those who cancel fewer than 7 days before the core conference shall receive no refund of their MTJA conference registration fee. A refund exception may be possible because of illness.
